Event Garde partnered with IHS by offering instructional design and credentialing services to support the development of the Tinnitus Care Provider certificate program.

Event Garde carefully created a design blueprint for the course that was unanimously accepted by the panel of subject matter experts.
Event Garde creatively developed engaging and concise slide decks that are instructionally sound for the adult learner.
Event Garde embraced and supported many questions from IHS staff about the alignment of the program to accreditation standards and helped to steer the development of policies and procedures for the overall benefit of all parties involved.
Event Garde consistently checked in with IHS staff to obtain status and feedback on their work throughout the entire program development cycle.

Challenge:

While IHS was in the midst of program development, our instructional designer resigned from the project. Immediately we thought of Event Garde and reached out for support. In just a few days we received a proposal and within a couple of weeks we were up and running with Aaron and his team.

Event Garde was able to quickly adjust and accommodate the new schedule and associated milestones. They showed immense professionalism and flexibility during this project.
