Event Garde is partnering with the Texas Society of Architects (TxA) to design and facilitate a staff development experience focused on strengthening communication, collaboration, and team culture within a hybrid work environment.

The engagement includes a pre-engagement survey, guided pre-work, and a customized full-day facilitated experience centered on topics such as shared values, community agreements, communication practices, and navigating difficult conversations with greater clarity and accountability. The work will also include follow-up evaluation and a 90-day check-in to support continued learning and progress. Aaron will be facilitating the event.
