Aaron, Dilhara and the EG team will lead the organization through a five-part strategic planning process, to include preparation, design, and environmental scanning, practical vision, underlying contradictions, strategic directions, and focused implementation. This process will also involve the strategic planning facilitation of 200-300 participants at their schoolwide retreat in August.
