Building on previous work together, Event Garde will support MICPA through a phased strategic planning engagement designed to bring its current strategic initiatives together into a cohesive framework, engage the Executive Committee in shaping the organization’s future direction, and translate that strategy into actionable priorities.

Over the coming months, the work will include:

• Strategic framework synthesis to bring current projects, initiatives, and strategies together
• Executive Committee strategic review to refine the framework and build alignment around the organization’s future direction
• In-person Executive Committee session in November to review the current framework, explore a new or amended strategic framework, and gather feedback and endorsement
• Implementation support to translate strategies into SMART goals, success measures, timelines, assignments, and 90-day priorities
