Event Garde is partnering with the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) to strengthen board governance and support the organization’s next chapter. The engagement will assess current board practices through a self-assessment and individual interviews, followed by an in-person training designed to build a shared understanding of policy governance, clarify board and staff roles, and strengthen the board’s focus on strategic leadership. Trevor will be facilitating the meeting.
