Aaron Wolowiec and Trevor Mitchell will facilitate two concurrent roundtable experiences designed to foster meaningful peer dialogue and practical idea sharing during the Annual Conference. Aaron will lead the Meeting Planner Roundtable, while Trevor will facilitate the CEO Roundtable.

Prior to the conference, participants will receive a brief set of reflection questions to help identify key challenges, priorities, and emerging trends shaping their work. Responses will help inform and guide the two-hour facilitated discussions, ensuring conversations are timely, relevant, and grounded in participant experiences.
