Breathing New Life into a Mature Conference

Challenge:
MI-AWWA’s Annual Conference and Exhibits had grown stale and the program was barely maintaining attendance numbers. We recognized that we needed to address this in order to remain relevant.
Solution:
Through a methodical process—using data, best practices and Aaron’s wealth of experience—our Conference and Recognition Council created a new approach to program planning.
Finish:
This is the first year of implementation and we’re already seeing results. Marketing is stronger and people are registering earlier.
