MSAE sought to provide a virtual event experience that was simple, cost-effective, and easily accessible. Their previous virtual events were collaborations with a production agency and an event platform. This time, MSAE wanted to show they could produce virtual events in a way that was more tangible and replicable by their members.


Event Garde consulted with MSAE on how to utilize their existing website and Zoom accounts for the event – blending the two platforms to create a landing page for conference attendees. The Event Garde team designed the webpage, managed the Zoom accounts from meeting setup through pulling recordings, and provided full tech and production support throughout the process.


MSAE delivered a virtual event to several member organizations. Throughout the two (2) half days, sessions ran seamlessly for presenters and attendees needed almost no technical assistance. Attendees expressed tremendous satisfaction with the experience and showed great interest in replicating the design for their own association events.
