Challenge

CEOs and business owners often carry the weight of decision-making in isolation. While personal networks may offer empathy, they rarely provide the lived experience or strategic lens needed to unpack high-stakes leadership dilemmas. Without a dedicated, peer-based space, many leaders miss out on the clarity, support, and creative thinking that come from processing with people who “get it.”

Solution

In 2021, Event Garde launched CEO Circle—a curated, small-group experience inspired by models like Vistage. Designed for CEOs, business owners, and those on a leadership trajectory, the group meets monthly via Zoom. Participants are carefully vetted to maintain confidentiality, avoid client/competitor dynamics, and ensure psychological safety. Each session includes a quick check-in, as well as structured peer consultation on 2–3 member-submitted challenges. Using a consistent facilitation method, the group dives into what's not working, explores tried strategies, and generates new ideas rooted in experience. Event Garde facilitates the cadence, establishes community agreements, and anchors each session in deep listening and respect.
