EG: If you could learn one skill instantly, what would it be? Why?
CF: I think it would be another language like Spanish or Korean. They are such frequently used languages. I speak a little Spanish, but I would love to be fluent in the languages.
EG: What are ways you’ve developed your professional network over the years?
CF: My graphic design and marketing skills have increased. I went from only knowing the basics of Canva to being able to make absolutely anything on it. Its now a big factor in my current job.
EG: What role do you think feedback and reflection should play in the workplace?
CF: A huge roll. How do you improve if you're not told what your need improvement on? Even with reflection, being able to look back on past events or hear back from attendees, provides key insights for planning future events.
EG: Just for Fun - What is one thing you’ve always wanted to do that might surprise other people?
CF: I've always wanted to volunteer or work a bit in an elephant conservatory. I used to work in Yellowstone National Park, and that really amped up my love of working with animals.
EG: What is a resource that has been valuable to you in your work, and what makes you appreciate it?
