Why bother with all this? Well, incorporating somatic grounding practices in the workplace isn't just a trend; it can be a game-changer. It has the potential to foster inclusive, supportive environments where genuine connections flourish among colleagues, boosting engagement and nurturing a sense of belonging and equity for everyone involved.
